Online payments

Send a pay link with the quote. Your customer pays by card, bank debit or Interac e-Transfer, and WinCore records it on the job.
A pay link for every deposit
Ask for a deposit, a progress payment or the final payment from the quote. Email the link or copy it — your customer doesn't need an account.
Card, bank debit or e-Transfer
Card and pre-authorized bank debit go through Stripe, into your own Stripe account. Your Interac e-Transfer details show on the same page, and your customer tells you when they've sent it.
A QR code on quotes and invoices
Quotes and deposit invoices you generate print a Pay online box with a QR code for what's still owed, so a customer reading the PDF can pay from their phone.
Reminders, sent for you
A link that's still unpaid is emailed again after 3 days, then once more a week later. No reminder once your customer says the e-Transfer is on its way.
Recorded on the job
Payments land on the quote's Payments tab with Stripe's fee and your net, and the job moves on once the deposit clears. You get an email when money comes in.
Refunds and disputes, kept straight
Refund all or part of an online payment from WinCore. Refunds made in Stripe and disputes show up too, so a job never looks paid when it isn't.
Included on every plan. No monthly fee: on card and bank payments you pay Stripe's processing fee plus a small WinCore fee. e-Transfers cost nothing extra. You can pass the card fee on to your customer where the law allows it.

Frequently asked
Which manufacturers can I import from?
Durabuilt, Kohltech, Milgard and Vinyltek today, from the quote file their ordering software exports. Buying from someone else? Tell us who — adding manufacturers is what we're working on most.
Can one quote have windows from more than one manufacturer?
Yes — that's the point. Import a file from each manufacturer into the same quote, add your labour and margin, and your customer gets one proposal with one total.
Is there a contract?
No. Starter, Standard and Professional are month to month — change or cancel your plan anytime from your organization settings.
We only need quoting. Do we pay for the CRM?
No. Starter is quoting and your clients, priced per seat. Move to Standard when you want leads and the job pipeline too — your quotes and clients come with you.
Where is our data stored?
In Canada: on Amazon Web Services in its Canada (Central) region, in Montréal. Every company's data is kept separate from every other's, and Professional companies get a database of their own. See our Privacy Policy.
Can we bring in our existing clients?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of your clients when you start and we'll bring them in for you, so your first quote doesn't start from a blank list.
Is there a free trial?
No, but we'll show you first. Book a demo and we'll walk through it with your own manufacturer files, so you see your quotes in WinCore before you pay.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. After that your workspace is paused, not deleted: for 90 days your quotes and clients are kept, your admin can export them, and they're all there if you come back. Then they're deleted for good, or sooner if you ask us.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Not yet, but QuickBooks Online is being built now, so your billing and payments reach your books without retyping. Using something else? Tell us, so we know what to build next.
What if we need more than 30 seats?
Enterprise is a deployment of your own with a custom seat count, an SLA and hands-on onboarding. Reach out and we'll set it up.
