Subprocessors

These are the service providers that may handle personal information in your WinCore workspace on our behalf, as described in our Data Processing Addendum. Each is bound by a written agreement to protect it.

Not subprocessors, but worth knowing
- Calendly handles bookings when someone uses "Book a demo" on this website. It never sees anything in a WinCore workspace.
- Enterprise customers whose WinCore runs in their own environment may have a different list, set out in their agreement.
Changes
Before adding or replacing a subprocessor, we'll update this page and tell your admin by email at least 30 days ahead. If you object on reasonable data-protection grounds, tell us within that time; we'll try to find a way around it, and if we can't, you may cancel and we'll refund any fees paid for time after the change.
