WinCore

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 7, 2026

These terms are an agreement between SixLabs Inc. ("SixLabs", "we") and the business that subscribes to WinCore ("you"). By subscribing to or using WinCore you agree to them on your business's behalf, and you confirm you're allowed to bind your business. Our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum are part of these terms. If you have a signed agreement with us (for example, an Enterprise agreement), it prevails over these terms where they conflict.

1. The service

WinCore is software for window and door dealers: importing manufacturer quotes, building proposals, and, on the plans that include them, managing leads, companies, the calendar, jobs and online payments. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing page. We may improve or change features over time; we won't remove a core feature of your plan without telling you first.

We sometimes offer features marked as early access or beta. They're optional, may change or be withdrawn, and are provided as they are.

2. Accounts

3. Plans, billing and cancelling

4. Online payments

If you turn on online payments, your customers can pay you by card or bank debit through a link WinCore sends.

5. Your data

6. Our software

WinCore, including its software, design and documentation, and everything in it apart from your data, belongs to SixLabs and its licensors. While you're subscribed we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, which you can't sublicense, to use it for your business. We keep every right we don't expressly give you. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.

7. Acceptable use

Use WinCore in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't use it to break the law, to send spam, to upload anything you don't have the right to, or to try to get into data or accounts that aren't yours, and don't try to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does, and we'll tell you why unless the law or the safety of the service stops us.

8. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information (your data, our pricing terms, security details) confidential, use it only for this agreement, and share it only with people and service providers who need it and are bound to protect it, or where the law requires.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep WinCore available and your data backed up, but we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We'll try to do planned maintenance outside business hours. Support is by email; Professional plans get priority. Enterprise customers' service levels are set out in their own agreement.

10. Warranties

We'll provide WinCore with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, WinCore is provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all other warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or set by law, including merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. WinCore helps you prepare quotes and run jobs; you're responsible for checking the prices, measurements, taxes and terms you send your customers, and for the decisions you make with it.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows:

These limits don't apply to your obligation to pay us, to either side's breach of section 8, or to anything the law doesn't allow to be limited.

12. Claims from third parties

If someone else makes a claim against us arising from:

you'll defend us against it and cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, and any amount we're ordered to pay or that you agree to pay to settle it. We'll tell you promptly, let you handle it and help you reasonably; you won't settle it in a way that admits fault on our behalf without our consent.

If someone claims that WinCore itself infringes their rights, we'll defend you against it and cover the costs, as long as you tell us promptly and let us handle it.

13. Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time (section 3). We may end the agreement if you seriously break these terms and don't fix it within 14 days of our telling you, straight away if the breach can't be fixed, and otherwise with 30 days' notice. If we end it without cause, we'll refund any fees you've paid for time after it ends. Sections 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 15, and any amount owed before it ends, keep applying after it ends.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and, for meaningful changes, tell your admin by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they apply. If you keep using WinCore after they apply, you accept the changed terms.
